Q: I placed my order where is it at?

A: Once you order is placed it is entered in the queue, that average time that the order is placed until it ships is 9 days.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: There are no refund or exchanges after the embroidery process begins.  We can offer a discount code for a future purchase.

Q: The shipping says my package has been delivered but I can't find it?

A: USPS can run 24 hours behind in their tracking, if it has a delivery but no package, give it 24 hours.  After that you will need to contact USPS and open a claim.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after I placed it?

A: Yes, contact us at support@wtembroidery.com Provide your order and what you want.  If there are no additions to your order there will be no charge.  If you want to add extra items we will bill you for the remaining balance.

Q: If I add items on, can you just charge it to my card?

 A: No, for your protection we have no access to you credit card.
