or Q: I placed my order where is it at?
A: Once you order is placed it is entered in the queue, that average time that the order is placed until it ships is 9 days.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: There are no refund or exchanges after the embroidery process begins. We can offer a discount code for a future purchase.
Q: The shipping says my package has been delivered but I can't find it?
A: USPS can run 24 hours behind in their tracking, if it has a delivery but no package, give it 24 hours. After that you will need to contact USPS and open a claim.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after I placed it?
A: Yes, contact us at support@wtembroidery.com or you can call 410-513-7089 from 10am - 6pm. If there are no additions to your order there will be no charge. If you want to add extra items we will bill you for the remaining balance through PayPal.
Q: If I add items on, can you just charge it to my card?
A: No, for your protection we have no access to you credit card.
